Request to cancel contract not actioned
I have requested that my account be cancelled (requested in July 2021 - *** & ***7 & ***1 & ***9) but this has not been done...months later. My accounts is still being debited with the monthly payments and after reversing & stopping the debit orders...i am getting lots of messages saying my account is in arrears. When I try calling the helpline, it seems like your agents are busy and i end-up being on hold for long. Please assist.

Credits have been processed for the months September, October and November. Please be advised that it takes 14-21 days for credits to be approved.
