request for a cancellation
USELESS account department, my account was handed to third party for collections of monies???????? how is that even possible when a debit order has been put in place. Spoke to a Lerato she was quick to ask me when can they run next debit!!!!seriously , GAVE you people to debit my account on the 25th of every month. Its not my problem that you cant do your job and there will be no monies i will be paying in arears. Today i received an sms notifying me that my account is in arears ****OMG**** im at the point whereby i am taking you guys legal and im sick and tired of this incompetency and MOST OF ALL THE UNNECESSARY HARRASMENT...... get your bosses boss to contact me . il be waiting
