Removal of tracking unit
Two weeks ago I wrote you an email about Mixtelematics refusing to remove the tracking unit.They called me to find out if I did complain and I said yes I did.On Friday the 20th of February they called again and promised me that they will send me an email that confirms the removal of my name from the debt collectors and to make an appointment for the removal of the unit.I'm still waiting for the email cause they are delaying me further for my benefits on the new unit.Please help me with the speedy removal of this unit.Your intervention is highly appreciated.
