Regret

I honestly dont know what kind of company is this i mean how can you cancel contract thereafter you owe them. I tried to many times to cancel but they are saying i should pay a certain amount of money whereby they fail to deliver services. They cant even provide policy document. I did sent emails and phone calls and yet they keep demanding money. What a pathetic company

I am now threatened to escalete to EXTERNAL VENDOR for not paying. I wish i knew before how bad this company it is
