Refuses to end my contract

This company is they worst they first lie and say its 99rand then all of a sudden its 299 I owe them R5000 according to them. It was a year ago when I started complaining about their panic button and also my device in my car not working they didn't care never called me back or even tried to come fix it I stopped paying them only to find out they listed me on credit bureau claiming they are vehicle finance So now I asked them how do I pay for services that is not working

I sent a email for the 70th time requesting them to cancel my services Their response is i need to pay the outstanding amount before I can cancel so this will go on forever mos such ****s I refuse to pay the according to me I don't owe these people anything they need to take me name of the credit bureau they are not car finance

Poor service They must come take their tracker
