Refuse to terminate service and continue to charge

I sold my car in August and notified Matrix. They told me that I had signed a 2 year contract when they installed an updated unit. I asked them to show me the contract, which they have been unable to do. I have emailed and phoned repeatedly, but nobody pays attention. And they continue to charge me. Beware!!!
