Refusal to close my account.

The Costumer service is so bad, you call them, the phone will ring none-stop at the same time your airtime will run. Reason I call is, they don't want to close off my account of which I have paid it off though their collection department. This is holding me back as I can't do anything Till they remove this account from my credit report. This is so frustrating, I sent them emails,calls. No one has assisted me.
