Refusal to cancel
Matrix has never cancelled my month to month contract, although I have gave a month notice. The calls go unanswered due to high call volumes. When I eventually speak to someone the lines are so bad that I am unable to hear them. Promises were made that someone will call me, however that has not happened. I am now threaten with legal action after I have canceled by debit order.

05 Aug 2022, 14:42Upon posting this review, I was immediately contacted by a consultant who was able to assist with the cancellation. It’s a pity that one has to resort to these measures to be assisted.
