Refusal of cancellation 💔💔💔💔
Mix Telematics has been abusive to me I don’t even know where to start,I pay them every month and I have been asking cancellation for almost a year now and they don’t take my request seriously. I have not been using their service since 2021 because of I sold the car in year 2021 ,but for the past almost four years I have been paying them every month 💔💔💔💔💔💔I am so disappointed even further on how the handle this issue because they threaten to take me to their lawyers,they are useless tracking company!
