Refusal for contract cancelation.

I have cancelled my telematrix policy on the 8th of December 2023, and several follow ups where made on the 4th of February 2024 and again on the 14th of February 2024. The policy was taken in 2014 and I have never renewed the contract, they are now refusing to respond to my request of cancelation. On top of that, they are refusing to assist with this matter, do not bother signing your contract with them because their team is non-responsive and once you cancel your contract, they refuse to cancel and dislodge the debit order. I'm not happy at all
