there is this amazing guy, his name is Lethabo who assisted me affeciantly. I was double billed for a unit that I cancelled in November and was struggling to get through to mix telematics and get someone who can help with getting a refund. and I was lucky to get Lethabo who made sure that everything gets resolved.
