Receiving final demand notices of default payment

We are still receiving final demand notices of default payment from your lawyers, even though we established last week that you need to pass credit. Kaya, I am disappointed in you for failing to sort this out when you promised us last week that you will sort it out. This is rather pathetic. What is it that you want from us? Do you want us to also involve our lawyers and sue you and your company? You said the account was not handed over but we proved to you that it has been handed over. And now we are still receiving SMSs, emails and calls from your lawyers and now final demands. What must happen?

The email you received is not from the lawyers but it is an email that was sent automatically by our system.The lawyers were notified to keep the account on hold and they are.

As per previous communication we are awaiting for the credit request on your account to be approved by the Finance Department to clear the outstanding balance on your sisters account.

Please ignore any communication that you will receive from us as it is system generated.
