Rather has they Pockets full than satisfy the customer
To whom it may concern Beamee Installed a tracker service 4yrs ago when i purchased my Vehicle
My review has come up to upgrade my service, upon the telephone conversation with 1 of the representative asked to test my Device, i was shocked when he told me the device is no longer working.
No one from the company has phoned me to Say Mr Sayed Your device is not working we will send out a technician to have Look. But my debit orders was all upto date...So in this case the money is more important than the service they offer,
If my car was ****** i would never hav found it coz my tracker was not functional.
Today i get a debit order of R169.. FOR WHAT???? .. A NEW DEVICE WAS NEVER INSTALLED BUT A DEAD DEVICE IS IN THE VEHICLE.
I WANT THE CEO OR THE FOUNDER OF THIS MICKEY MOUSE BUSINESS TO CALL ME ASWEL WITH AN APOLOGY LETTER.
I AM NOT IMPRESSED.
