RAF has better service delivery than Matrix !!!

I have a request to cancel my contract over a year ago with months and month of email responses and evidence explaining that the vehicles shows it is in Soweto on the Golden Highway doing 142kh/h while im in a completely different province. Now due to a lack of accountability and understanding from Matrix call center management, the account is in area's preventing me from doing other financial commitments - THE ACCOUNT IS CANCELED and the debit is constantly being taken even after reversal and then you have the audacity to change reference only for me to reverse it as well of which is a cost to me and a bad look on my banking account statement !!!!!!

Can someone take accountability to cancel this service that has not worked from installation to the this current moment in time of ridiculous service provision - can someone of interest that knows how to cancel a contract please do exactly that !!! RAF has better service delivery than Matrix !!!
