Proof of cancellation needed - calling it Quits with Matrix
I have cancelled my contract with this tracker company. I need proof of cancellation and that everything is paid off. I sent a request twice and asked for the contract to be terminated.
Since being with this company my app has never worked. I have never been able to track my car. I reported this and nothing was done.
