Prompt Response and excellent service.

On Friday, 08-01-2016,<br> I made an online inquiry about Installation of Car tracking device. Beame responded the same day of the inquiry by return telephone call.I was assured that the technicians would contact me to arrange date and time for installation.Before the day was over, a follow up call and email came through requiring me to confirm whether date mentioned and place of installation was fine with me. The date of the 9th Jan 2016, was not working out, nor going to Sandton for installation.I was offered an alternative date, 11-01-2016, at our house, at 8am.I agreed to this arrangement, but was having doubts if a technician would be there on time, as I had to report for work afterwards.The technician,was in fact earlier than the set time of 8am. half an hour early.As I write to you now, I have already received,a welcome letter, contract and insurance certificate as proof of the installed tracker.Amazing service from Beame.I hope this excellent service would be maintained always.
