Promises Made, None Kept—Highly Disappointed!

I am extremely disappointed with the service (or rather, lack thereof) from MixTelematics. I’ve been waiting for weeks for a resolution to my issue, with three different reference numbers (#***7, #***4, #***3) and still no action taken.

Despite being assured over the phone that my unit would be fixed or replaced, I’ve received no follow-up whatsoever. I’ve sent multiple emails and even endured a 25-minute wait on hold, only to be left in the dark.

This kind of neglect is not just poor service—it’s downright dangerous. If my vehicle were to be ****** or hijacked due to this unresolved issue, MixTelematics would be fully responsible.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will have no choice but to cancel my subscription entirely. At this point, their service is utterly useless, and I would advise others to think twice before trusting them with their vehicle safety.

Enough is enough. I need action, not empty promises.
