Poor, unsatisfactory service

They installed the so called beam device that was not explained to me with regard to how it works and the payment. When I complained to Hello Peter they terminated the contract with immediate effect and never came to remove the devices and they say I must pay from January and they deducted money from my account even thou I kept telling them that they said they are going to remove the devices which their promise was around 6 January 2025.They also said they will investigate the matter. Even now no response from their side only they want payment. Which I cannot pay for the services that I'm not happy with
