Poor to no customer service
I am not sure if they exist. I signed up for a car tracking policy with matrix. All was well until I wanted to change my payment method. When I call no one answers. They don't even attend to emails. I sent a message on 2 Aug 22 but up to now I have not received feedback. They are too busy recruiting new clients neglecting current ones that bring in money for them.
I am very disappointed.
