POOR SERVICES RECEIVED FROM MATRIX VEHICLE TRACKING

I have been trying to call Matrix since last week, at 1st I used office number and always when I start explaining my query they drop my call, for now i have called them for more than 10 times with the same experience, in a way i even asked to be called back but still nothing. Now I'm not sure if I can sit comfortably and think my car is protected. I drove my car with Geolock ON, travelled over the border and even pressed the panic button and never received any call from them towards such.
