poor services and no accountability

**** at its best, I emailed them a million times telling them that my car was written off and id like them to move the tracker to the new replacement vehicle, they said it was not possible since they don't know if the unit is damaged or not. they then said they will just have to deactivate the tracker, by that time I entered a 36 months agreement which I paid in advance. my car was only 8 months so know I've been trying to get hold of them with no luck about how we go about the issue since I paid for 3 years in advance but no answer nor response to my emails. I feel ****med.
