Poor services

I'm so disappointed with Matrix they have amended my contract without my knowledge, i only find out after calling them seeking Road assistance then i was so surprised when i was told i will have to have cash on me in order for them to assist me, will i was so surprised because thats not what i have signed for, according to the contract that i have signed it state that for road side assisted i have to be within a radius of 40 km in order for them to be able to assist of its more than 40km it means i must pay for those extra kilometers but today i'm asked if i have a cash on me so that they will be able to assist. How can you amend my contract without my knowledge? You didn't even bother yourself to contact me to discuss all the changes made nor send an email or something and here whether i agree with all the changes made but nor you just kept quiet and let a customer find out when he needs your assistance.. Thats ********* and unprofessional I'm really disappointed and you just tell me you sorry for not communicating? Is that the best you can do nor say about a loyal customer how have been with you since 2022?
