Poor service received from Matrix Telematics.
Matrix\Beame\MiX Telematics account reference ***, WAS Registered with ALL South African Credit Bureaus. URGENT payment of R 1054.81 is required. Make payment to FNB Acc ***; Or contact us on ***. They installed the tracking units in my 04 Taxi's and the installation certificates says my taxi's are diesel driven yet they are petrol. I am unable to insure my taxi's a comprehensive insurance because the tracking device information is incorrect and Matrix Telematics is not willing to change that.
