Poor Service - Mix Telematics
The most unprofessional service ever. I have two cars with them, and they only can pick up one on my name. I try for the last 2 years to get this sorted, without no luck. I phone to check if they can pick up my car's location and they could not and then they want to replace the unit, but they already replace the unit about 6 months ago. I pay every month for this service that does not exist. If they can not pick up my car's location how they track my car when it is ******. Really people do not make use of Mix Telematics.
