Poor Service from Mix Telematics

I posted a complaint last week about the shocking (non) service from Matrix/Mix Telematics. I very quickly received a call from one of their customer care people asking why I had written such a damning report. I explained that I can never get hold of anyone telephonically or by email because my Matrix app does not locate our 8 vehicles registered with them and whilst they sent me their online platform to log on to, I cannot access that platform. I sent a request for assistance to their customer care email addresses on Friday and 2 this morning. Nothing, not a whisper out of them. But now that I have posted on HelloPeter I can guarantee a call. What a joke they are!
