Poor service delivery worse in the world

Very bad company , i spent the whole December trying to call them with no luck, emails after emails, Only when i sent an email to cancel my contract they responded by cancelling it but not other emails

To date they even sent me a bill even after i cancelled the contract

When i called today they say my contract is still active wow poor don't sign up with them
