Poor service delivery concerning tracking device

I have been with Beame Mix Telematics since 2015 and the first time I had a serious query they let me down. Everytime I call there is different feedback from the consultants sometimes conflicting. Recently I needed to know the location of my vehicle in Cape Town and 2 different consultants including vehicle recovery provided the incorrect location of my vehicle. Shortly after the call I confirmed the safe location of my car at the correct address. I asked the one consultant to escalate the issue i had with service delivery from the service provider and 3 weeks later no response. What happens when ones vehicle is ****** and when feedback from this service provider means the difference between finding and losing your hard earned vehicle or life and death. I would advise potential customers to think twice before choosing this company as part of your car security system. Further to the above issue it is incredibly difficult to get a hold of consultants telephonically for assistance as often no one answers the call. It takes 3 to 4 weeks to get feedback via email. Very disappointed.
