POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

This Company doesn't understand why clients take a tracking device for their vehicles .They don't take their clients so serious .the most frustrating thing is to after reporting the non functioning of a tracking device on my vehicle the system is not updating accurate position of the vehicle under surveillance the tracking device is reporting the vehicle is in Capetown yet the correct position of the vehicle is Rustenburg and you report this today after 72hours post report the unit is still lost in position. Tell me south africa is it the service I am paying for e every month.I can't see where my vehicle for 72hours this is bad bad service delivery
