Poor service delivery

I vwould like to say the service is poor with tge reception lady named Katlego. I logged a call on the 13th of May 2022 and a case for device installation was scheduled for the 17th of May 2022 and a day before I expected a call from tge local servive provider in rustenburg to call me and confirm the schedule for installation on the nexr door. No communication was made to inform me in regards to the schedule on the 17th meaning today I pulled my vehicle from the road anticipating for installation but even now I tried to call them to do follow up only to be told there is no techinian to come install the device. This communication could have been communicated to me but however the receptionist is adamant doesn't want to help. May you please address this because its frustrating that the service provider doesn't even bother to update you as a client you have to do follow up with service rvu
