Poor Service
I have Beamme tracking on my vehicle which I sold at the end of August last month. I sent Mixtelematics an email to cancel service as the car is sold. They still want the payment for September as they require a month's notice to cancel. My insurance on the car was cancelled immediately. I don't see why this service cannot be cancelled. They are still going to deduct this payment from my account which I will reverse again. They don't understand simple logic. I didn't decide a month ago to sell my car. It was a sudden decision. Do the right thing Mixtelematics and cancel immediately!

09 Sept 2020, 20:27Ts and Cs are are for your guidance not to be adhered to as the gospel. You are not monitoring the vehicle this month. The decent thing to do would be to refund that premium.
Also the account is overdue by 5 days since I reversed that payment. You sent me an sms stating that account is due for 'LEGAL & LISTING', your exact words. Surely there is a process you follow before you take that drastic step. That process does NOT start after barely a week.
