Poor service by MiX Telematics
I had a tracker with MiX telematics Africa, now when I traded in my car i did inform them to cancel my contract last year June, but till today they keep on debiting for a car that is no-longer with me, been sending emails but they don't respond, when i reverse the money they keep reminding me, worse they don't even bother calling and find out what is happening since i sold my car. now this is affecting my credit score unnecessary.
