Poor service

I am writing this ti express my frustration with this company i requested to upgrade my unit 2 weeks ago i was told that i have 2 accounts that needs to be linked and i will get a call back as soon as both accounts are linked for an upgrade , i still have not received any communication i tried to call back several times for a follow up with failure i was transferred from 1 agent to another . My current unit was fully paid by the dealer and my old account was cancelled over 4 years ago , if i cannot be assisted please advise so that i can opt for another tracking company
