POOR Service at MIX-TELEMATICS AFRICA

When they installed their unit , they sold me lies , told me all the nice things a tracker can do for you . So I took my car to the mechanic and he removed the vehicle battery from the car . I was expecting them to call me and find out if everything was okay , nobody did. I did remove it again by myself testing but still nobody did

Then I decided to call them and complain , only to be told that the unit I had does not cover that so if I want a better one then I must upgrade. Of which I upgraded and was told that the unit I will be having will come with a remote and also a panic button . Technician can and installed the second unit but didn't give us the remote , he told me that the unit (mx-v)doesn't come with the remote . Called them and I was told that they have escalated my issue and someone was gonna call me back . It's been a week now nobody called me .

I called again and was also told that they have escalated the matter but a technician will be sent to reinstall a new unit.

I have send them an email to cancel my contract with them but still upto now nobody called

POOR SERVICE AT ITS BEST .
