Poor Service at Beame Tracker

I had been having the Beame Tracking device for more than 10 years in my bakkie. When I wanted to reactivate, after one month of cancelation (April 2025), I am told it's an old device that should have been changed. I don't want to have them install new device, but I want to reactivate it, to confirm location. I was taken from pillar to post, but my question is if it's that old, why they haven't said that and have it changed before I had it canceled. Clearly, someone somewhere is not truthful, because it cannot be that the device was not understood to be older and need changing. This is totally a disservice to the client that had been with them for years. Totally disappointed, even though I had never gave them hustles and was hoping to have it installed in my new vehicle. I could never even recommend them to anybody.
