Poor service and unprofessional bunch of people

Mix telematics is the worse company ever, so unprofessional. When I purchase my car the dealer convinced me to fit a beame which I did, then I asked for an MX3 device to my suprise an MX2 was fitted, weeks later I pressed the panic button to test and I did not receive a call from them when I emailed them but got no response, I canceled my contract with them but they are debiting different amounts from my account like a bunch of *******.
