Poor service and seemingly intentional dishonesty

I was given an upgraded package without ever seeing a contract after explicitly asking to see the contract. The agent knew that I was reluctant to sign for the upgrade so I believe he deliberately didn't send me the contract so that I won't be able to cancel within 7 days. After phoning and sending an email to Beame, Beame has still not sorted out my contract. This is indeed poor service.
