Poor service and misrepresentation of product

This is the best car tracking company which should be selling politicians to voters...i know my query will not even be entertained by them.

On 14 October 2022, around 10pm i was hijacked and kept in a car boot for about 2 hours. I was dumped in a remote area. As soon as i got help, i tried to call matrix and their number was responded by an answering maching telling me that my matrix has been resheduled. It is unfortunate that even today, i dont know what that meant. Because my car was fitted with matrix and car tracker, after car tracker told me that they cant locate my car i then told them that i had two trackers in my car, then cartrack told me that they will get someone from matrix to call me. Indeed i was called around 4am the following day by matrix. They were not aware that my car was hijacked.

They promised to send a team to recover my car and later called me to tell me that they could last track my car around 3am on 15 October 2022. Mxm, and they couldnt find anything from there. 2 weeks later they called me to ask me to book for my car since my tracker is faulty...mxm, i had to explain again that my car was hijacked. What waste of time and money
