Poor service and half promises
My 3rd complaint/review Unfortunately Matrix only responds on this platform when I complain Emails sent to them- you get a reference logging and nothing else Poor review: - they don’t fulfil a promise - they don’t reply to emails - there consultants don’t take down complete message or requests - the list goes on ! I requested 4 panic buttons for 4 listed vehicles and they delivered one 4 months later 🙈
