poor service and adminstration
the worst experience i ever had, i called matrix and informing that i sold the car. they demanded an amount of R1500 just to cancel the matrix account which i was paying R199 PER MONTH. now they went to my credit score account loaded that i missed 2payments of the matrix tracker account of the car that i don't even have. what a *******. imagine paying R1500 just close an account that you were paying R199. when you call their line to cancel, they do not pick up because they know they are losing customers every day. they will never explain all these things when open and account. their technicians damaged the car Diagnosed plug during the installation; I even have to sell the car. poor service ever
