Poor service

I took up matrix beame for my vehicles as per the insurance requirements. The agent decided to register me for a different device without my concern, i have been paying much more than what i am supposed to pay. They can not even issue me with the certificates i require for the beame device which means i am now paying much more than i should be paying for my insurance as well as i can not be given the discount for having a tracking device as its not the device that the insurance prefers and they continue to bill me a higher subscription. It has now been over a month that i have made telephonic and written contact with Mix Telamatics and no assistance from them.
