Poor service
My car once broke somewere where i dont stay n they didnt even check up me if the car is safe or what,i emailed them last year telling them to cancel because i nolonger need their service they told me to pay R1263 yet every month they busy debiting money,i thought the money they r debiting is minus in that 1263 but just recieved an sms that i owe them 1263 where else i dont even use their service,please help me....i got myself a useful car tracking company and Matrix is useless for me please help me

I recieved an email today saying i should pay 1263 plus 1000 for my contract to be cancelled before the 25th if i cant make that payment it means i will have to apply for another cancellation yet yesterday you took 203 in my account......why are you doing that of you not trying to make things hard for me?
I get zero service from you yet you busy demanding n getting money from me.....Hello peter please help me
