Poor Service

I honestly don't know what to do with this service provider anymore. I cancelked my contact with them two years ago somewhere in 2022. And it was a struggle for me to cancel the contract. I will give them a notice to cancel the contract but they will continue deduct money however they eventually stopped and promised a refund me and i have never received my refund, and i have let it go. Now, in 2024, they send me a message to pay my account.How? Because they are they are the ones owe me.
