Poor Service

I am so disappointed at their service they first flagged my name without informing me,I only got to find out from MBD who called me early last month then I told them to them to debit my account the whole amount on my payday.When the product was sold to me I was told if no payment is received my car won’t be tracked,they never mentioned anything about my credit being affected but boom I found myself in a position I never even imagined .After they received my payment on the 23th September 2022 till date their account department is still failing to update their records with the discounted amount I was given by MBD and they giving me different turnaround times which frustrates me the more
