Poor service!

I am highly disappointed in Mix Telematics. They deducted my bank account thrice, but can't find the time to answer a simple email. Since installing the device my app never worked, I tried contacting them to no avail, I am still waiting on a certificate from them which would've help reduce my insurance premium up until this day no reply, I'm talking more than 3 months now. I have asked them to cancel my contract, they have asked for my ID number as well as the registration number, it's been more than a week now since their last response. I need an agent to cancel my contract today cause I will not allow anymore debit orders to go off from my account. Your service is poor. Please do contact me via email, I will not answer a call from you to listen to someone spinning lies. I so regret the day I took this contract out with this company.
