poor service

<p>My wife have a tracking device in her vehcile and the initial 3 year contract has expired.</p> <p>She has been infoirmed that a new unit to be instaled as the current one is outdated. </p> <p>she spoke to Palesa on 5/5/2016 at 9:37 to enquire however was then trasferred to Lerato to indicate the case was already closed on 26/4/2016. </p> <p>another phone call later and anther persona by the name of Pricalla indicated that she will get Thabanh to phone, this call has not been received.</p> <p>the vechile sits with an outdated tracking syste, however Matrix still take the debit order each month? we were promised that a new device to be installed and the premium will drop to below R200?</p> <p>this is terriable service to say the least.</p> <p>lukely I am with Tracker and do not experience such service.</p> <p>Perhaps Matrix can learn from them.</p> <p>when will we have feedback on this matter?</p>
