poor service

customer care agents useless individuals they could not even assist even with simple matter ,i spoke to edward to assist with tracking my car edward only thing he could tell me is that he assist because he cant find my surname i mean what the hell am i paying for,clearly its useless i cant provided id number,cellphone all my details and you tell me about me having two surnames how is that even possible
