Poor Service
On the 14 June 2024, I cancelled my contract with via email. Case Number Logged ***3. I have tried numerous times to follow up. The last person I spoke to was Xoliswa and when she heard that I am cancelling my contract she opted to transfer me to another extension where the phone just rings and rings without an answer. This has happened numerous times.
