Poor service
I have ben receiving SMS's that there is possibly an issue with my tracking device. I called the call center. I was then advised that I would receive communication. 3 week later no comms, same sms received though. Possibly an issue with my tracking device. I called three times received a case number. Still nothing. Call last week Friday and was advised to just go in to a fitment center. Which one? what time? nothing.
