POOR SERVICE !!!
my account was in arrears for a month i made payment and even sent proof of payment through to them last month 31.10.24 until now they still haven't allocated the payment to my account, i don't know how many times i called them to do allocation. These people are ****mers now i want to cancel this subscription they telling me the account is still owing OWING WHAT MY FOOT i made the payment already i am not owing anything I WANT TO CANCEL
