Poor Responses on Car Theft
My Car was ****** on the 1st of October. After I called Mix Telematics they found the car in a written of condition.
Both the my insurer and the police require the tracking device trip log report and it has been impossible to get the information from Mix Telematics since. They do not answer the phone, nor do they respond to emails
